MINI PIZZAS FOR MAXI HUNGER

RATE RECIPE:
FOR A CHILD AGED:

LIST OF INGREDIENTS:

  • dough (3 glasses of wheat flour, 3 table spoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 25 g of fresh yeast, ½ teaspoon of salt, 200 ml of water)
  • toppings: tomato sauce, hard cheese (e.g. mozzarella), chicken ham, bell peppers, olives, pineapple
  • owls for toppings
  • sand molds (best if they have not been used. If they have, scald them in order to remove all bacteria and germs.)
  • Mola Extra Strong paper towels

METHOD:

All children love pizza. And what if pizza had the shape of a turtle or a star? Complete happiness! In order to achieve it, we only need an old recipe and a new idea. Knead all the dough ingredients and leave the dough to grow. When the dough doubles its volume, roll it on the bench and ask your child to cut out shapes using sand molds. Place mini pizzas on the tray covered with baking paper and spread tomato sauce on them.

Now it is time to decorate the pizzas. Let you child choose his/her favorite toppings and place them on the top. Sprinkle some cheese and wait for approx. 15 minutes for the dough to grow. Place the tray in the oven heated to 200°C for another 15 minutes.

SURPRISES:

When you knead the dough and cut out the shapes, flour is everywhere. Tomato sauce also leaves a lot of mess. All – including dry – stains of sauce or dough can be wiped using a few wet and extremely durable Mola Extra Strong paper towels.
